Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our studio is located on the lovely island of Cebu, Philippines. Unfortunately, our studio is for employees only. All our transactions are done online.

  • It would be best to order six months to a year before your wedding since some designs and illustrations may take time.

  • Our minimum order is 50 sets. Orders below 50 sets will have a surcharge of 20%.

  • We do accept rush orders up to 2 months from the distribution date with a surcharge of 30%.

    This is still subject to availability, depending on the volume of orders or the season.

  • We require a 50% downpayment on all orders. The downpayment is non-refundable.

  • For local clients, we accept local Philippine bank transfers and wallet transfers. For international clients, we accept money transfers and PayPal.

  • The first draft will be sent to you within 8–10 business days. Design with custom illustrations or watercolor details may take 12–14 business days. Please reply in the same email thread for the entire project for documentation purposes.

  • The production lead time is around

    • 10–12 business days for digital print

    • 14–16 business days for foil stamping

    • 20–25 business days for letterpress

  • Our design fee includes 2–3 rounds of design revisions and unlimited revisions for wedding text details.

  • We will provide a photo of the sample print for color correction and final text proofreading. Take note that printed colors may have a slight variation in color from your monitors, phone screens, or tablets, but we will color-match as close as we can.

  • Yes, we do. Send us your designs via email so we can provide you with a detailed quote.

  • For international clients, we will ship via LBC, DHL, or FedEx. Standard international shipping takes 5-10 business days. Shipping costs may vary, depending on the weight. We can provide shipping estimates, which will be emailed to you.

     

    Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

  • For Cebu clients, we will book the delivery via Grab or Maxim. You will receive your orders within the day.

    For national clients, we will ship via LBC, JRS, or JNT. Standard nationwide shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping costs may vary, depending on the weight. We can provide shipping estimates, which will be emailed to you. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

  • Delivery charges will be shouldered by the client.
